ADMINISTRATION / RECEPTIONIST
We are currently seeking an office administrator / receptionist who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, has attention to detail and is highly organised. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. This is a full time role, while part time would be considered for an ideal candidate.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Your role will include:

Meeting and greeting clients

Phone communications
-
Scheduling appointments in Outlook Calendars
-
Mail and banking
-
Client communications
-
Tax form preparation & data entry
-
Supporting admin and accounting team
Skills and experience
Ideally the successful applicant will possess the following skills and characteristics:

Great organisational skills

Strong IT knowledge, especially with Microsoft Office

Professional presentation and interpersonal skills

Highly effective verbal and written communication skills

Opportunity exists for further development and growth to other roles within our firm. Administration experience is not essential.
